The store is notified of this within 48 hours of the product's arrival. If this period of time is exceeded, the store is not obligated to fulfill the order.
If a problem is discovered in the product during its inspection by the company, the customer is entitled to a full refund on the card from which the payment was made within a maximum of 45 days or a replacement of the product within a maximum of 35 days.
In the event of a delay in the agreed delivery time of the product, the customer has the right to claim a refund. Within 45 days maximum, without bearing any responsibility.
If any defect occurs during the product inspection period at the company before delivery, the company has the right to return and refund the amount paid.
The product cannot be returned, compensated or refunded after delivery.
After payment, the customer has no right to demand delivery of the device to the company's headquarters or warehouse.
The company is prohibited from accepting a replacement request if there is a non-manufacturing defect in any part of the product, and the customer is responsible for that.
